in my zipped attachedment thereis a file sql.sql pls install this .i hope making fmod will be fixed.and deleting forum post and reporting them is orgenally eror by mgigs.i m working on it on v4.1.1

You got problems in your .htaccess file. Remove that, and try again.
But your problem will not solve If you want to use this script. This solution is for just testing the script.:P
