i wan 5 levels-mod ,mod sef,admin,admin sef and owner...i mus modifi in core the perms .and make more..but where?.. 1,2,3,4,5..ok and then?and how can i make the owner cant be banned?

in core.php at get status code and at modproc.php put near ban code $getulvl = mysql_fetch_array(mysql_query("SELECT perm FROM ibwf_users WHERE id='".$who."'"));
