whats the perm of owner still 4? when i go into admin CP it says i ain't admin and when you go into Head Admin there is a pass lol

owner perm 5 head add perm 4 vip perm 3 admin 2 mod 1

password for tools are in genproc lol ya can change to suit

the admin tools were new i hadn added the !isheadaddmin funtcions
