can someone tell me how to download opera for pc with a different ip?

you can change your ip address on any pc version of opera by going to:
Tools > Preferences > Advanced > Network> Proxy servers

you can also install an opera proxy userjs also to help you switch ip address`s easily

i went in proxy server i saw http port https port wat do i change friend?and does it stay that way please explain more?

just google for proxy ip`s and you will find thousands of proxy ip`s ... then just enter the ip address and port number in the http field
