Browser for other countries? How?

Hi! My member have a friend in saudi arabia, and she tell me that her friends cant access to my site, my question is how? I see some threads bout browser, but i dont know, if this is the solution on my problem? Thanks to coder who help me?

Arabian Countries are blocking social networks at an unprecedented pace. Their own Arab population stands a minority as against the total immigration exodus. They have also been blocking proxy sites and porn sites. There is little or nothing that can be done in this regard. A phproxy browser may work for sometime but not for-ever as they have been ruthless to block all major and even minor phproxy sites. The only solution to this is to not host any porn content , phproxy or suspicious forum and pray that your site doesn't get blocked. Also you can ask your members to use opera mini or ucweb or any such proxy relying mobile browser.

may be that ip is banned in your data base

or

may be all have same Ip and which is banned by csf (ConfigServer Security&Firewall)
if your owner of server check csf if ip is blocked remove it or send email to server admin to remove that ip after that clear phone cache and restart and try to open site again

and i would like to ask you did you ask which error they get when they trying to open site ? such as bad getway or time out etc ?
