There is a way to block this site from checking... its easy.. and its nothing todo with .htaccess etc.. its with the filename.PHP <--- the php part

i dont think that a browser realy loads the dtd content from its location.
eg. loading http://www.wapforum.org/DTD/xhtml-mobile10.dtd for every page would cause a lot of extra traffic.
you use it just to tell the browser how to display the site, and the validator probably loads the full dtd contend to validate your site.

i think you will get bored even more
when you dont get users on site...
if site isnt valid by w3c standard..
then many browsers cannot display site properly !
which means that some potentional visitors cannot visit your site !
so... valid markup is the only right way
