FFMPEG image error

hi all
i m facing a problem 2of the auto index script which generates thumbnail automatically now making problem see here >DOWNLOADS.MOBI
another script is sea moded it gives the similiar kind of error image.
so requested hosting company and reinstalled ffmpeg problem not solved yet.
this scripts were working properly untill december last week i didnt modify anything related to this.
plz help me hosting company also confused

i am not sure but make sure you have enter correct path of ffmpeg or check your script still working on other host ?
