Any one help me plz on wap deire v2 error plz

On one site only im getting this error when sending inboxes
Warning: substr_count() [function.substr-count]: Empty substring in /home/**************/public_html/core/functions.inc on line 452
when looking in the functions that line is $nosf=substr_count($text,$sites[$i]); i ve replaced the fuctions and inboxes but still comes up with the error...If any1 can help plz post ere thank u

Error says it cant count an empty substring... other words you have no data stored in your string called $sites[$i]

it not on any other site so would it be in my database or codin and im still learning coding

Its a error from what some said in there inbox if u delete that inbox that error will go...
