function not working and forbidden

Hi

many times forbidden takes place when some function are stop the working and function is

imagesx()
imagesy()
imagecopyresized()
readfile()
foreach()
set_ini()
All these function generate many error log
how can i fixed this problem.
i was told to server owner and they fixed but again same problem created and site forbidden
so help if you have idea about it
