i downloaded wap lalalair and made database . but i get ip is banned or sumat on registration page. think i few ppl have had same problem. so u lot should know wot am on about lol .
anyway .i have put the html version on the database and am getting same problem.

go into phpmyadmin, click the sql tab and enter this sql

UPDATE `ibwf_users` SET `perm` = '1' WHERE `id` =1 LIMIT 1;

and change the number in WHERE `id` =1 to whatever your userid is on your site
