You will have to login on the main page for it to upload.
I will be glad if you hack it cuz its been hacked and patched about 1,000,000 times during development

Ok well hack http://kevk3v.22web.net by uploading a shell file then lol :D

Things that may disable it is by disabling shell_exec(); or by overriding the functions.
I have not tried any of them yet btw...

why turning it on??why secure your uploaders? eheh they can still root your site when they uploaded a shell then boom..stil can be hacked
