we are making 100% clone of methos mod rewrite is the thing that gona take us longer to finnish the script

But i think methos didn't use mod_rewrite in his urls..he used folders..u can see for example..the folder or dir named "logout"..then inside it is "index.php"..so he calls /logout and it will be process in index.php../logout/?action=yes..it's same as /logout/index.php?action=yes..U can try it..There's a "?" and "="..if he uses mod_rewrite, he can do like /logout/yes or /logout-yes

Yes i can confirm that methos did use it, his new script will be up and running soon,so i think that you are wasting your time trying to clone him because im shure he will release his current script.then again he may not.

They can still say they would be cloning methos v4 but they couldn't say the new coming script of methos..

btw good edit done by him... I seen the transformation of his site as years pass...
