help about room creation by evry1 in my chat

hi frndz ... these day m goin little sad .. resn tht m using GUM CHAT script at my site.. but sum bad user's going creat abuse room there easly... i was try all permissions on chat files,folder ... but all iz goin fail..n user's still creating abuse room.. so plz can any1 tell me hw i can stop them... plz....

etc...
create array('international','punjabi','etc'...
check if is in array else die(); or show some msg..
