errors in smilies uploader

hi guys

i m facing problem in smilies uploader page.i didnt got any error before.it was working good but from last 3 days i m facing problem in smilies uploader page even i didnt changed anything in this page.the error is

hey bud you need either delete the error log or .httaccess so it disappears in Smilies folder thats what i did when i received the exact same problem and the external error will disappear try that it might work for you if that dont work delete that folder and reupload it to your directory hope this helps

i didnt uploaded .htaccess in my root then also it showing error.

this error coming from last 5 days ago.it was working good before.i didnt done any change in it then also it stops working now.

ok maybe not .httaccess but if you still see that misconfiguration then you must have a error report or maybe logs in that folder im only given advice dude what happened to me it appeared like you from no where think was previous smilies which did it anyway if your index is in there then it should work when the error is removed if your not seeing that then il'e be happy help if you need it im still new at editing etc but i no my stuff once it sticks in my head lol if anyone else got futher advice they can give then please do
