3GP videos not working properly

hey everyone i was wondering if you could help i have lavalair script which i bought few months ago but I cant seem get 3gp videos to work it doesn't want upload its not given no errors its just going to the re upload page again... Iv' must spend hours on it last night the folder is named videos it is in the outer directory eg... Pics Downloads Avatar's theme's gallery & images and so on.I don't no if its the webroot wrong where its uploading but thats the problem it doesn't upload i dont no if i got the directory wrong please can anyone help thanks for reading iv attached my videos/index.php to this topic to see if can fix this problem

lol haha i realised when i first joined here i could got it for free but never mind only starting php in may so still getting use to things ... thanks for your replies guys the thing is iv downloaded almost every category script to do with 3gp uploader and requests and even tried to copy them but im getting no where iv learnt alot from here just by testing editing and reading peoples problems but i couldnt find any1 in the search that matches my issue lol im pretty sure its in the upload directory where its meant upload thats where the solution goes i keep changing it all time but getting nowhere as before so any futher advice id be more thankyou to you all sorry to ask

hey me again lol is there a sql for the 3gp in general lavalair can i ask because i see uploads n requests sql but i havent got 3gp just a thought im gonna get this to work if i have spend all day on it been on n off it about 2months now?
