image in profile

hi every one i am trying to sort out host tools on a site i host and i got host tools sorted just the image in profile is not working its saying that i am a member here is a screen print to show u what i mean i am using the wapdesire v_2 can any one help me out please and thanks in advance to any one that can help me out
