First in cpanel then mysql database | make user | make name + pass | then open phpmyadmin | pick your name you just entered | get sql file | pick sql in phpmyadmin | drop files there | done

first go to your hosting account cpanel and click: Database and create a database there, after that go to the phpmyadmin an select the database that u want to upload the sql tables in after that click sql at the left on corner at the top... then a window will pop up click the option at the top to browse on ur computer for the sql file after u find it click: GO
