you missed ; or made any kind of error before this line

I googled it a bit, and found that when you get unexpected T_IF, the problem can sometimes be a few lines up.
But anyway, please close this topic, it was my own stupidness!
Lol it's a russian script, so when i translated it i must have deleted a small bit. I uploaded the original russian index.php and it worked perfectly.
