help SSL error on OPENVPN

Please help me for this error... i have installed openvpn on Cent os6 its running on android but when i try using pc it unable to connect even i did not connecting to download openvpn link/ https://my ip:1194/ .... it replies secure connection failed...

I have attached screenshot when i try to connect openvpn.... when i enter username & password in openvpn it shows notification as in screenshot so please reply....
