uploader error/enable gb libery

i am using class_upload.php to gallery in lava..but when I upload pictures . . Give me error'file not upload'and something about gb . . , then I google it I thing found gb libery not in my host. . Give me tips or code how enable to gallery,
i found coding-talk topic like this matter . . .but i cant get it that. .

where did you get the

class_upload.php 

maybe there is something wrong with the code inside of it.
