Please help me why im getting this errors

hi guys check the screen shot, im using WAMPSERVER and everything is connected to the database etc... but don't know why it keeps showing this errors.

From line 32 to line 35 put the "@" sign before $_GET like

$action = @$_GET['action'];
$who = @$_GET['who'];
