how to change owner perm in retrivewap?

 if($rperm[1]==1)
    {
      return ismod(getuid_sid($sid));
    }
    if($rperm[1]==2)
    {
      return isadmin(getuid_sid($sid));
    }
     if($rperm[1]==3)
    {
      return isheadadmin(getuid_sid($sid));
    }
    if($rperm[1]==4)
    {
      return isowner(getuid_sid($sid));
    } 

in core.php from here i can change or ?????

in database ibwf_users table set perm to 4 to become owner

sorry, i mean if i want to change owner perm 4 to 8253 then how can i do it?

change column perm int(1) to int(4)
then update owners perm 4 to 8252

and lastly change
