Server reboot error

Hi
i just bought server at hetzner. i just rebooted my server by giving command "reboot"
its completely dead now now and never became alive again. can anyone tell me what might be the error? im really f****d up this problem. one month ago i faced same problem than i changed my server. now again same issue. please leave ur suggestions. thank you.

Open a support ticket and ask them for reboot your server. in next time use your server control panel for reboot.
