Curl problem on php configuration help

I have WHM, and Cpanel

Where i can find PHP.INI? my server is LINUX CENTOS 5.6 i686 virtuozzo

on Cpanel and WHM i cant find any PHP.INI file.. every where

please help me

i want to edit php.ini in able to enalbe my CURL_INIT()
