[Help Video Tutorial of Uploading File and Managing Database into Hosting Site

im just a newbie and i have here some script of site and dont know how to upload this script into some free hosting site, can anyone provide me a video tutorial of uploading and managing script into hosting site like my3gb.com. i've try it on my own, unfortunately, it did'nt work!.. how i wish is to learn how to upload > manage > and see the output of the script. apologize me for this simple topic but interesting one for me.
