Hey folks, i have a question 4 u, wanting to start a topsites site so tat ppl can add there sites to it, i just havent a clue which is best to use, it wud have ta have database included, and im xhtml preferably, if u can help me can u post the link to find it. Tanx in advance 4 ur help

best toplist is a selfmade toplist,
but if you want to have a premade script, here in the forums you can find few besttop.mobi clones, and other toplist versions.
