How to make myself site owner in lavalair community script

Am using lavalair, i want 2 know if this is d correct way of making myself d site owner: perms:3, post:2 and yet i cant access my control panel...

why post 2? i think its overall message count... and if it that, there is no metter what value is it, unless you want more posts for urself...

and talking about permissions, why you not testing values XD that would be mch faster than asking here

just make new funct on core.php . . with perm 3. .no need post. .
