Online ftp client pls help

I need an ftp client that can upload, import, unrar and unzip. net2ftp is not uploading

I get a blank screen on any of the wap ftp clients doesn't show any of my folders or files if I upload anything it doesn't show but if I login to my host it shows the stuff I uploaded....
