hi there fellow coders can some one help me with a comment page so members can post there own comments and then other members can post in it please

EG:

tom jones (new comment): what a day i have had
then when a member clicks the link it shows below

wendyt: you ok hun
thomasjohnson: bet its not as bad as mine

and so on and so it only shows 5 comments on main page and then when ya click the link it shows 10 coments per page

hope you understand what i am trying to say
