Not working!

I have a problem in my site, my smilies not working, but when i look at the smilies list the sm,ilies is working clearly.. but when i use the BBCODE for the smilies in MAIN, CHATROOM, TOPIC.. the code not working.. so how can i fix this problem, is there anyone know how to fix this thanks...

Mate, I can fix it but how do i know where the problem is, if I don't see any php code or if I don't know the icon's table structure and values.
