Protect page reload

Hello,
some user plays GTN and when they earn 18 plusses then they reload that page again n again and they make their game plusses higher within short time bcoz for every reloading they get 18 plusses. I want to protect this abuse.

When they reload the same page the sql of that page shouldn't work and redirect somewhere else.
anyone get idea pls here. thanks.

Yes but if they cancel auto reload instantly?

is it possible when they reload the page redirect to other page?
can i use a header location in a card? is it workable?

make done=1 in database if win then set done=0 if new guess the number

wat did u do..i thought my prev post would work..just lyk wat i've done in my free sms..only 1 page where user type msgs and number and when sending, the page will post it with the page itself..If post!="" then submit form..
