As anyone this file libgmailer.php

I have found the rwgmsil.php in a old script thst i hsd but when i go to the page they says

Warning: include(phpcls/libgmailer.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/....../public_html/rwgmail.php on line 11

does anybody here has this fileor function?
