Need link script

i want a random link generator where i can edit the amount of times it can be clicked (ONLY A UNIQUE IP CLICK COUNTS) and after the link has been clicked a certain amount of times i want the url to automaticly change to another url also with a click counter for unique clicks... E.G

Free Mobile Downloads - url = http://wapwap.com ...after its clicked 400times by unique clicks it changes to
Free Mobile Downloads - url = http://freewap.mobi... after its clicked 250times by unique clicks it changes to
Free Mobile Downloads - url = http://waptop.us...after its clicked 20times by unique it changes

I want to be able to edit the amount of clicks per text banner before it changes and banner name of each banner

If you pay me i will code it for you.. i know what you mean, an anticheat system that will display random links for a limit of clicks where people cannot cheat... they cannot click it twice ir if they do it wont count as a click.
