the command code can be used in any php chat system

$i=explode(" ",$message);
$i=strlen($i[0]);
$command=strtoupper(substr($message,0,$i));
$msg2=substr($message,$i+1,strlen($message)-$i);
$msg3=explode(" ",$msg2);
$recipient=$msg3[0];
$msg3=strlen($msg3[0]);
$msg3=substr($msg2,$msg3+1,strlen($msg2)-$msg3);

$recipient is the username if 1 is required for the tool and $msg3 is the following text after recipient if there no recipient use $msg2 for following text
