Please give a link cloaking script ...

Hi , I want a simple link cloaking script ...
For example
if I click on a link "http://example.com/go.php?=1" it should redirect me to another url which I have configured before...

We may be able to save links in the same "go.php" file , or in a separate file....
$1=http://google.com
$2=http://coding-talk.com/
$3=http://yahoo.com
$4=http://fb.com
$5=http://youtube.com
$6=http://filehippo.com
$7=http://maps.google.com
...
$25=http://gmail.com


So that to go to yahoo.com I can call url "http://example.com/go.php?=3"


Any experts to help me ? please provide a script...

Try searching for a "small url script" im sure you will find one - or alternatively copy the code from a top list script
