Some jsp experts here who can convert a php code to jsp?

I need someone who can create a jsp code which is similar to php code which i will give you,

it will be adtwirls ad fetching code, i need something similar but in jsp,

i will pay you for the code, PM me how much do you want for it,

what it should do:

send a post request to adtwirls server with all apache headers like useragent, ip, x-forawrded-for etc,
also it should send the post request only if the useragent is mobile device.

in php it wouldnt take longer than 30 minutes to create such code, so i hope someone can help me with it.
