go to ACP > Forum & Posts > Select the Category / Forum > Select for which users u want to see and which u want to post Etc.
u can all find there.

dear we hide from index page but i want hide in thread bcoz if some 1 give direct link of that thread i cant prevent to watch that page ..

its easly show to every 1
