Never use this service. Despite I recommend to use it to many on my friends, I discovered, that owner of Makejar.info has very strange attitude to business ethics. And he "forgot" to inform you here or in the page of service about some "small" features of his service.
By promoting of java bookmark made by makejar you do not promote your site. You are earning money for Makejar owner and are building negative reputation to your site.
Because when user downloads this java file, he see several ADULT advertising links and only on the bottom of the page is visible link to your site.
So if your site is not adult - your users will not be happy about that. And if you submit such bookmark to appstores - you will banned.

Of course, everyone can earn money from his service, but if somebody is planning to earn from adult ads, it's necessary to inform service users about that.
