server use to much cpu load

i just dont why my site always give this kind of problem although i have only 15 max user online.. im using wap lava script. is my hosting account could not handle this problem? my hosting account is unlimited disk space and unli transfer. but it host one website. under webhosting starter plan... how could i avoid those over server cpu usage..

Is just a trick from hosting companies to get more clients .

When i tell them bad scripts means bad client lol

Unlimited means files /index.php - php - html - shtml

Also says unlimited means not limited to abuse or unlimited resort
