No You Don't need to do changes in any file ...
Follow these simple steps
just upload it ...
extract the files....
run installation setup...
and put your database and other info.. (create a database before run installation)
finish it...

Warning! You can install it only with a Domain or SubDomain
e.g.. coding-talk.com
or mydcms.coding-talk.com
you can't install as coding-talk.com/mydcms
