I have seen many people asking questions whether it supports their countries or not.

If you are able to get the SMS gateway link for your network. You can send sms to your country as well.

I collected the gateways of as many countries as i can and i added them to the database. Might be some doesn't work or some work.It depends on the present situation with the mobile network whether they still support receiving sms to their network users(mobiles) through internet.Sometimes the SMS gateway may change. If you know how to get the gateway details just add those details in the database.
I kept instructions on how to do it. I even added a insert php file to insert sms gateways through browser itself.Only thing you should config the database file of the script.

If you need any help with the script. I can help you out but if i have time.

Sending SMS is legal. There is nothing wrong in it. As long as you don't spam the network.
