Okay wait two hours then i will upload cleared SQL ,,,, then you have to do this
1. Copy the text of sql
2. Go to phpmyadmin
3. Select db
4. Then click on sql, paste that text and click on GO
5. Open your site and register there
6. Again go to phpmyadmin and click on ibwf_users
7. Now see the pencil icon, click on it
8. Change the perm into 4
9. Now login in your site
10. Enjoy
