i think u must remove it to the .htaccess as the freehost has

Wapmetal you can't remove it via .htaccess as I mentioned before I had account (6 of them) with 000webhost
The webanalytics injection is a setting you can turn off in your hosting control panel
Its on the right side on the top where your account details are located like site name, email, number of sql databases that type of information.
As I mentioned even if you turn it off it jusyt keeps on turning itself on again after couple days which was the reason I closed down all my sites with 000webhost.
Just open a ticket and the 000webhost support team will tell you exactly the same as I have here and how to turn it off.....
