is not coded by me, but i added few things in it.. i a lavair xhtml chat, modified by a dude from my country, and i changed the design and added some options

Here is the english version, is not full translated, just 88% you must translate these files upgradarecategorie.php,upgradareicon.php,upgradare imag.php,upgradarelink.php,sef.php,seff.php . Will take about 5-10 minutes. Don't be lazy and if I did some mistakes in my translate version, repair them.
