        and this is the open source script. everyone can edit and change. no need any permission from owners.also this script is using Microsoft.

          Site error: the file C:\xampp\htdocs\primeri\test\config\config.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_win_5.2.dll to be installed by the site administrator.

            i guess u must have ioncube installed on ur server mine have that already installed
