edit your account in the database and replace the 0s with 1s in the following fields

owner
stars
and any other tools you want right off, so long as u set owner to a 1 you can edit the rest on the site

simple mate, unzip and upload the attached file to your main files directory usually public_html or wwwroot and that'll fix it
