Yah its good and fast just set the script size of files do you need to transfer and check phpinfo() file upload set it to the file size limit to the file that you transfer and back it after you transfer time saving script easy to set up sorry no demo.

No problem with demo, im has try it... But that about where you use hosting with upload file size limit... Im use free hosting but 20mb only 10second, good

I use paid hosting default file site limit check your server setting phpinfo() upload_max_filesize = 2M <= default setting i change it to 40M when i use that script to transfer my site files.
