clear the sql then when u make a user admin ther level are 8 for super admin

If u need resource of russian script i have a lot of bookmark with a lot of script download pm me i will share it. russian coder are great but some of there language is hard to translate in google ahehehe i try to share a russian toplist by vantus may be later if im n0t bc ahehehe..
