Whats the use of this script my friend.I need some info about this,s0rry im just a n0ob..

When you make a script (THAT IS IF YOU DO MAKE YOUR OWN SCRIPTS). You will need to REGISTER and LOGIN users. This script just LOGS and REGISTERS users to your site.
You can use it in any PHP site wheather for downloads or a chat, you can even subtitute the lavalair login/register (if you have time or care).

Benefits of using this script:
*No sid in url
*Secure (Even thou I didnt use mysql_escape_string() func, I believe it is free from simple hacks)
*Its beautifully coded (Errors display in a modernised way adopted by frameworks like Django)
