it dont have database in it so you can only add link to your site it wont work like other option but you can use it at your site with lavalair or any script

or just recode it with databse to make it fully functionally work with your script like that script part

i think theres no sql for this. and the rss feed is generated daily. so everytime you click the page it will display the lastest rss.

for security reasons, freehostia disabled or limited some php functions like fsocketopen, the main reason why admob codes don't work in sites hosted with them. Try other freehosts like 000webhost. they're not that strict. Or consider subscribing to a paid hosting service. That should lift the limitations.
